Morgan’s Camp has both a Sheriff’s Office substation and a medical center to ensure that we are equipped for any emergency that may pop up.
Above Morgan’s Mercantile is a Bexar County Sheriff’s Office substation. These deputies serve the citizens in Northern Bexar County. The location shortens response times to citizens when they call for assistance.
Next to Morgan’s Mercantile is the 4,500-foot medical center equipped with 27 beds to assist those who require treatment. The rooms are Ultra-Accessible™ and created to accommodate people of all abilities. Junction Station also has space for doctors and nurses along with ample medical storage (including two refrigerators) for campers’ medications, all with controlled access
Imagine yourself seated under the night sky watching a play, having a sing-a-long, listening to live entertainment, or just admiring the stars. Our Frontier Amphitheater is the perfect place for campers to gather, relax and get better-acquainted.
Joy’s Compass, across from our Frontier Amphitheater, is an enormous fire pit, perfect for campfires, cooking s’mores, and swapping stories. From above, you can see that Joy’s Compass resembles Joy, the Morgan’s Wonderland butterfly, a symbol of all Morgan’s Wonderland Inclusion Foundation entities. It’s a sign that this, too, is an Ultra-Accessible™, fully-inclusive place for people of all abilities to enjoy.
